Equipment & machinery

New equipment bought against a specification, a datasheet, or a like-for-like replacement of what is already installed. We take the enquiry to the manufacturer rather than to a trading desk, so the price you see is close to the works price and the origin is documented.

Spare parts

Most enquiries we receive are for something already installed and already stopped. We work backwards from whatever identification exists — tag number, nameplate, exploded drawing, an old invoice, or a clear photograph — until the part is positively identified before anyone quotes a price.

Procurement & tender support

For requisitions that go through an evaluation committee, the quotation has to survive scrutiny. We prepare the package the way a technical evaluator wants to receive it: itemised, traceable, and with the deviations stated openly instead of buried.

Inspection & expediting

An order placed is not an order delivered. We stay on the works order through production, and we would rather report a delay early than let a promised date pass quietly.

Freight, customs & delivery

Landing goods in Libya is a discipline of its own. We quote CIF Tripoli by default so the figure in front of you is the figure that gets the cargo to the country, with no surprise line items after the order is placed.

Before you write to us

What lets us quote quickly

None of this is mandatory. Every item you can supply removes a round of questions and takes days off the answer.

Identification	Tag number, part number, or equipment nameplate — a legible photograph of the plate is often the fastest route.
Equipment context	Make, model and serial of the parent equipment, so the manufacturer can confirm the part fits your build.
Quantity	Quantity per line, and whether it is a one-off or a recurring consumption.
Specification	Datasheet, drawing, exploded view or scope of work if one exists.
Required date	When it is needed on site, and whether the item is stopping production.
Delivery point	Site, base or warehouse — and the port of discharge if you have a preference.
Terms	Any Incoterm, currency or documentation requirement your contract imposes.
