| Equipment context | Make, model and serial of the parent equipment, so the manufacturer can confirm the part fits your build. |
| Quantity | Quantity per line, and whether it is a one-off or a recurring consumption. |
| Specification | Datasheet, drawing, exploded view or scope of work if one exists. |
| Required date | When it is needed on site, and whether the item is stopping production. |
| Delivery point | Site, base or warehouse — and the port of discharge if you have a preference. |
| Terms | Any Incoterm, currency or documentation requirement your contract imposes. |

The categories on this page are the ones we are asked for most. They are not a boundary. Sourcing is a process, not a stock list — the question is always whether the item can be identified and whether a manufacturer will build or supply it.
If we cannot help with something, we will say so quickly rather than hold an enquiry open.
