What we do

We work alongside operators across the full operational cycle — from integrated drilling services and well development, through to full-scale engineering, procurement and asset maintenance.

Every phase is carried out to the highest international standards of quality, health, safety and environmental protection. HSE is not a department here; it is the condition on which the work is accepted.

Why the company exists

Equipment in the field does not usually stop for exotic reasons. It stops because a seal, a bearing, a card or a valve is unavailable, and because sourcing it correctly from abroad involves specification work, manufacturer contact, export documentation, freight and customs — five different disciplines that rarely sit with one counterparty.

Permasol exists to be that counterparty. One purchase order, one point of contact, one delivery, and a document set that survives inspection.

How we operate

We work directly with manufacturers and their authorised works rather than through layers of intermediaries. That keeps the price honest, keeps the country of origin traceable, and means the technical answers we give you come from the people who actually build the equipment.

We are based in Tripoli, we work in Arabic and English, and we would rather turn an enquiry down early than accept it and disappoint you three months later.
